Adaptation of the "Arena La Defense - Paris for the DLC "Campus".
Based on the Vanilla model "Basketball Arena" (same settings)
Variation of the facade's colors depending on the team playing !

Contain all textures and LOD files

Unique Building version availble on workshop

Create with 1 main building + 3 Sub-buildings
The 4 parts of the building and LOD share same texture files, the mod Loading Screen Mode is highly recommanded.

You are almost right, if you convert it, asset lose its original values and adapt new ones (building, park, prop... it depends on the parameters you give it)

@luminou: so these Camus dlc building will add to the attractiveness of the campus and help level it up? As well as make money and, put on events. Also, I’m a noob who was a life long console player, so my bad if this is a dumb question at this point, but if I convert this or another building to a Ricco ploppable does the underlying asset lose its original value(attractiveness, tourism ex) and just turns into a prop?
