Mana Bar Near Wand

Beskrivning
Adds a mana bar above the wand sprite.
It shows how much mana a wand has left.
Now scales with a wand's size! (a longer bar doesn't mean more mana though)
The bar can now be moved AND resized!

Works perfectly with and is based on w00t's "Hover Gauge Near Player".

@Skye Right I updated the mod to add that setting.
Sadly can't support changing the thiccness of the bar yet because it breaks all the math I'm using.
Please tell me if you encounter any issues with the new settings :)

Yeah I'm not in any rush! I'll be playing this game for quite some time yet i think lol. Thanks for considering it!

@Skye Great to hear that you enjoy my mods :)
I've been thinking about using the new settings menu to add the ability to change the location/thickness of the bars.
This might take a while though, probably more than a week.

I love your mods, they really help me since I have poor peripheral vision. If you have time, would it be possible to make a version of this with the mana bar on the wand?
