Report a translation problem
Although about 20% of the time the Ram would fluctuate up and down seemingly without reason, the rest of the time it would find a stable point (in my case it was usually just below 300MB) and increase by a few MB - anywhere between 5.5-7 for me - every time the respawn sound and particle effect was done when resting at the bonfire. It would then fall back down after about 5 or 6 seconds.
While the fluctuating RAM was annoying, just waiting for it to pass/pushing through anyway worked for me. Less than an hour later and here I am commenting with Hidden Weapon in my inventory.
