So you're about to make your attack run. The question is, where to fly in? If you're going up against an HE-111 the safest approach angle is up top in front. But if it's a B-17G you're hunting, there's no safe angle, so just try not to die.

Good job! You managed to evade the gunner's fire, and here comes the fun part! Shooting! If you're coming in directly from behind, you want to duck in, make a quick burst, duck out and repeat. However if you're flying in from up top you have a clear shot at their dorsal gunner, so take it! Just remember to pull up.

Now we'll be going over some of the.. Uhh.. Unorthodox methods. If your guns have jammed or run out of ammo, you can either risk life and limb in a plane-to-plane collision, or get the heck out of there. However, if you're the resolute type that won't back down, here's some tips for your kamikaze. Firstly, aim with your wing! You don't want to dive in engine-first and die in an explosion. When you have a good angle, bail out ASAP. Even if you're aiming with your wing there's still a big chance the plane will explode.

When you're shooting at a bomber, it will eventually go down. How do you know when it's going down? Simple! Watch for the plane making a shallow dive, going up in flames, just plain exploding, or hearing or seeing "One, good shooting!" in the comms.
