Yup it's Wire Construct! The same one from the wiremod community!
It's not mine I don't own it and all credits go to the original creator!
Work's fine as far as I know.
I mainly just use it for my server. Feel free to use it for yourself. There's another version, http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=105382455&searchtext=wire+construct, probably better supported. Oh well.

This was originally made by Black_Phoenix, the same person who designed the ZCPU, GPU too I thin, pretty much all the advanced computer stuff, including the ho-speed system. He is a really talented person.
