Also if a charater was truely op, this meant that this charater would have gained a ton of kills without effort, have not many or no counters, have no downsides or downsides that can be fixed and is almost unkillable.
Orignal Ted doesn't fit in these areas, he was made for killing but it was hard due to the lack of range he has and speed, he has a lot of counters like Clunk, Coco, Leon and more, and again he is slow lacks and health which makes him easy to kill. Only issue with Orignal Ted for me was it was a BIT to easy to get kills with and orignal Angel wing toilet paper, before 2.5 he was fine, the naut who fits in these areas nearly perfectly was orignal Penny Fox.
