I agree with Elevator, the green is off. I'd recommend fixing that. Also, if you want a truly unique asset, make the pharmacy a drive thru. I'm literally using PO on assets to piece together a drive thru publix pharmacy. Not ideal lol.

The green is too bright for me and the roof texture is too flat. But otherwise it's a great looking building.
