I think no longer works with the 10th anniversay update, I already placed the mod custom folder and tried to load it first by renamed it with an A at the beginning

I actually prefer the original 1998 sounds because I am a boomer but I must say this mod is a nice addition as the Vanilla Black Mesa gun sounds are quite terrible. Well done and cheers.

As /bin/ said there's a quirk where if hit a metallic surface with a crowbar, it creates a spark that comes at you that'll make a bullet snap sound. It'll of course also do it with bullet ricochets coming bouncing at you. Also have had it happen when shooting the crossbow for some reason, probably also ricochet. Not a big deal.
