As you can see in the video above, you can take control of the bank in less than a minute!!

Q: What do I need to have to do that?
A: At least one player needs to own Control Freak, Smooth Talker, and Dominator.

Q: Anything else that could help?
A: Having more people that own Smooth Talker, aced ECM Specialist and ECM Overdrive would definitely help, but are not necessary if you are very organized.

First things first, you need to place an ECM to delay the cameras and you (Control Freak) need to shoot a very loud gun to make all the civilians go down.
Take out the guards and dominate one if you can (you can kill all 4 if 2 of you own Smooth Talker).

If somebody doesn't have Smooth Talker, it's best if he/they answer the pager first, so the Smooth Talker guys can answer the 3rd and 4th pager.

If you aced ECM Specialist, the pager will be delayed. This helps a lot for organization.
ECM Overdrive helps because you don't have to look for the security door keycard, but you can just place the ECM to open the door (it is essential to do it quickly because the guard will get alarmed and killing him will also disable all the cameras).

Keep shooting one or two bullets every 15-20 seconds to keep the civilians down.

After you answered all the pagers, tie down or kill all the civilians.

Once you have done that, you are good to go. The bank is all yours. ;)
