Patrol the marked road :D

This road has a "higher" chance to spawn Rais's men. You got to patrol this road back and forth untill you encounter a survivor event. Once you do, reload the area by sleeping through the night to the nearest safe house (sleep twice if you want to skip into and through the night). Repeat untill you get the achievement.

ATTENTION

ACHIEVEMENT COUNTS 15 RESCUES NOT 15 SURVIVORS RESCUED!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS

You can also try and get the juicy BBQ achievement there , since there are a lot of burning zombies roaming around. Good luck hunters :
