Rodney, Is That You?
Scored 5000 points in Miami Street Skater 3.


Missable achievement. You need to play Miami Skater minigame on the laptop. Originally it was required 25k but that was impossibly hard. Luckily the developer realized that, so it was nerfed to 5k. Still could be challenging for some, but now at least doable.
How to get high points? You need to build up combo so you need to do tricks nearly all the time when you stop a trick and start ASAP another one the multiplier goes up. Like Hold A or LEFTARROW and then push CTRL or SHIFT. You can do this manual trick on the ground this way, then when you get to some rails jump and push only CTRL or SHIFT. Upon landing you can do the manual trick again on the ground. Don't push the trick button when you about to land to the ground as it is instant game over.

Punisher
Finished the Unicorn game.


Missable achievement. This is another minigame you can play on the laptop. A platformer game, quite easy to finish.

Master of Anatomy
Found all anatomy books.


All required books found in this room, one behind the locked door small room. Don't leave the room through the main room entrance until you have not obtained this achievement as it is MISSABLE.

Compulsive Gamer
Found all game boxes in the room.


You can find all the game boxes inside the bedroom. Don't leave the room through the main room entrance until you have not obtained this achievement as it is MISSABLE.

Escape Artist
Finally, it's open!


Storyline achievement for opening the entrance of the bedroom. Don't leave through it until you have not received Compulsive Gamer and Master of Anatomy achievement.

Right On Time!
Pulled out the "Cuckoo".


I'll start with this, super missable "hardest" achievement. Inside the garage, there is a cuckoo clock. At the whole hour, the bird will come out and you need to interact with it. You need to be fast as he will come out only for 1-2 seconds.
The time on the clock affected by the time (at least the minut hour hand) of your operating system, however, if you miss it you can't just change the time on your OS, the bird not going to come out, it looks so, that need be at least 60mins between attempts.

Animal Abuser
Charged the battery full.


Storyline achievement, as you need a charged Battery for cooking fuel and for your car too.

Explorer
Managed to get on the other island.


Storyline achievement, as you find some parts for your car on the island. To get to the island you need to cross the bridge. You need nails and hammer from the garage and a wooden plank which is close to the bridge.

Is It Easter?
Found the Egg.


Missable achievement, but unlikely to miss, as you will easily find it while you exploring the area. It is located on the "other island". Just interact with it and the achievement is yours.

Rat Catcher
Well, you've catched a rat.


Storyline achievement, as you need a rat for charging the battery. The rats are in the basement. To get into the basement you need to unlock the lock. For the code, you need the zoo map and listen to the zoo advertisement on the radio (the full part with listening to the radio is on the video). The radio commercial will mention animals. Each animal has a number on the zoo map. You need to use these numbers in the order the radio mentioned the animals. The code is 4762

Bird Whisperer
Reached an agreement with the Bird.


Storyline achievement. You need to bring booze to the bird. Vodka can be found inside the basement.

Overweight
Gave the bird all snacks.


Missable achievement. You require an item for finishing the story by giving a snack to the bird, but you just need one so still a missable. Give 3 corns (found in the basement) and 2 ripe sunflower heads (from next to the house).

Moonshiner
You've cooked the fuel, OMG.


Storyline achievement as you need fuel for the car. Crazy right?

Handyman
You've fixed the car!


Storyline achievement, just fix the car.

Burglar
Unlocked all combination locks.


I think there isn't any optional lock unless you using some shortcut video or guide because in the bedroom you can actually skip 1? lock by knowing the combinations. Otherwise, it is a storyline achievement by playing regularly and will be awarded during this chapter.

Airplane!
Is there anyone on board who can fly this thing?


Storyline achievement, awarded after starting your car, during a cutscene.

Lavatory Attendant
You flushed the toilet, well done.


Missable, but probably not many will miss it during a regular playthrough. You can't get this one during Chapter 1. Simply use a toilet or urinal inside of a WC-room. Get this achievement before entering the medical wing.

Moviegoer
Seen every movie at the Cinema.


Missable. During the chapter, you can find money in some areas. If you have issues finding these items then just check the video. Once you have about ~25 buy tickets for the movies and enter each room. Once all room entered achievement is awarded. You can do this instead of buying Lemonade at the bar which required for story progress, as in room 1 you can find a Lemonade inside of a trash-can. Get this achievement before entering the medical wing.

Your Majesty
Finished the Arcade Game.


Missable achievement. Just play and finish the arcade game next to the photo machine. Gameplay recorded in the video.
