I believed the game to be frozen. I'm not sure if it was just me or not, but if anyone else feels like there game is "stuck" on this frame; just give it a couple seconds. It's not frozen, just loading.
There is one more frame at the end of the flash-back scene that it also seems to get stuck on. But fear not, it will also carry on if you give it a couple seconds.
