You just download the save file and move it to the location above. That's it. Then all you have to do is start the game.

Thank you a lot! I discovered you had to complete the 50hrs in a single game file as I deleted mine to repeat the game. Don't know why they would put the achievement at 50hrs when you can complete the whole game with the achievements in like 15hrs smh

not sure if serious or not
not really in favor of using saves of others for fast passes
but the save file needs to go in the proper folder, then you can load that file and hit the achivement

This may be a stupid question but I don't see how to install it. Can someone explain to me ?

Cheers! It's so silly that the achievement is to play the game for 50 hours on single save, in game time , when literally everything else can be completed in about ten hours. Bless you for this. I was legitimately ready to leave my game open for overnight and such, but was too scared of it possibly crashing and losing all that hours-progress
