!No Origins Patch for GVP

This is a very simple patch for my Government Variety Pack mod that removes all the new origins added by the mod. All it mod does is blank out origin definitions, leaving all the other content intact. It requires Government Variety Pack and does nothing interesting without it. This is just in case you prefer another origins mod but still want GVP's governments and civics.

I have done exactly 0 seconds of testing on this! Let me know how it works if this is of interest to you. It should work as intended, but you never know.

Compatibility note: All this does is override a file in my other mod with a blank file. There's never any reason why it should be incompatible with any version of the base game unless they radically alter the file structure of the game files. I'm noting this here because I'm only going to sporadically update it! #protectingmytime

This should also be compatible with any backup/old version of GVP. You'll just have to ignore the warning about lacking a required mod.
