First of all the reload.
Follow these steps:

First of all: gently lower your left hand onto the weapons body, grabbing it with all fingers.
then grab the mags from the top, and put them to the side, so they don't bother you.
Then take the single mag that was left there, and move it close to the opening in the gun.
And let go of the magazine, and move your hand to the bottom side of the magazine.
And gently push it in.
[DISCLAIMER] if pushing it in doesn't work, then make sure that the gun is laying flat to the ground.
Now let go of the gun with your left hand, and grab it on the pistol grip with your right hand.
Now you need to put the gun off-safety, push the safety lever down with your left thumb, as shown.
The fireing mode positions are marked with small cut-outs in the gun.
Top position is for safe, middle position is for full-auto, bottom one is for semi-auto.
I personally always use semi-auto.
Now you need to rack the slide back, making a bullet enter the chamber.
I use the left pinkie to do this.
TIPS:
-when you're wrapped around the handle pull hard, but steady.
if you're too hard, you might break the weapon.



After all of this you're ready to fire.

REMEMBER TO BE PATIENT AND SLOW!
First of all make the gun lay perpendicularly on the table.
The barrel should point at the target infront of you.
Now press your right arm on the pistolgrip.
make sure to:
-hold your hand front to the target (the square represents the model of the arm, so it's easier to see)
-make sure that it's pressed down (gently)
-make sure that the pointy finger is above the trigger!

Now grab it with all fingers.
If you followed previous steps the gun will fire once, or start bursting (firemode)

Now keep holding the left click, and click F to release the pointy finger.
Now lift the gun up, position your hand and click F to shoot.
