Learn the snaefell Mountain Course

Milky Quayle does a great job of explaining EXACTLY where you need to be, why & what you need to be thinking about next.

Once you have a watch of this you will be ready to try yourself, my recommendation is to select Snaefell Time Trail Race, pick max riders and start yourself at the back.

Then go hard and fast on the sections you know, and follow the slow AI on the sections you don't, before long you will be overtaking them all.

when I am injured or it is winter, I lay up and play this game. It gives you a buzz.

The only way to play is on a wheel
Throttle and bakes on pedals give real feel
As a bike rider for many a year it comes close to the same buzz

the only realistic element in this game is the track. The motorbike slides left and right underneath the rider totally ruining any realism experience.

I think it was Milky who said it takes about 3 years to learn the circuit enough to be competitive around it. Which is hardly surprising with something like 200 corners and 37 miles of circuit to learn
