Little Update,
!!!!!!!OKAY, A Little more quality of life for this set up:
[adding more CVARS:
cl_max_shadow_renderable_dist 0 "shaders off in flashlights in general; i believe( there can be some annoying shadows showed on your light, depends what is changed),
cl_viewtarget_debug 1 to help the issue of not having a dam crosshair at ranges( luckly does not add any real strain on fps on my end...)
PERSONAL PREF. r_flashlightbrightness 0.125 my prefered brightness since the mods may make it eye strainingly bright...
PERSONAL PREF. r_flashlightfar 1000 again my preference for the distance of the F.light
PERSONAL PREF. z_gun_survivor_friend_push 0 to stop the shoving animation which annoyed me =/

MEH Side note : when spectating in first person, to stop the F.light from moving around changing to r_flashlight_attach_to_viewmodel "1" allows it to be normal again. if you decide to spec with this.

Some maps seem to disallow changing flashlight brightness i suppose so i just pref to use this one: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=164497631
