Overview

1. Buy the upgrade for the spike in Wellspring

2. Travel to the combat shrine in "Inkwater Marsh"

3. In the 3rd phase a lot of flying enemies are spawning. Wait till all enemies had spawned and try to group them a bit.

4. Attack them with your upgraded spike and the achievement should be yours!
