ALL CREDIT GOES TO THE ORIGINAL CONTENT CREATORS, all I did was recompile the model and tweaked Black Mesa's new vanilla animations to fit the model better.

I've found this mod sometimes works, other times doesn't. Found that launching a modded map, then relaunching in the main game makes it work or relauching the game.
