描述

Shophouses are found commonly around South-East Asia, particularly in the former Straits Settlements and British Malaya (now Singapore and West Malaysia). This design is inspired by the shophouses along Joo Chiat Road, Singapore.

Comes in four colour variations: White | Gold | Blue | Red

Textures: 1024x1024 + 512 x 256
LOD: Yes

This asset is not RICO ready yet, but I hope it would be (need to first figure out how to make it RICO ready).

Note: Mods were used in the process of generating the in game views as shown above. Your mileage may vary with different lighting conditions, LUT used, choice of visual mods, among other factors.

these are the type of commerce - residential houses I would like in my pedestrian mall.
can you please tell me what number of residents can live there and to what level the building expands to. Do the business level spawn automatically into different types of businesses or is that already set? What is their water and electricity usage?

@GLORIA VINCIT, I don't really have any plans on what to make right now. I am still exploring using google map to find interesting ones that is within my abilities.
