The beta is long finished and no longer publicly available. This is still available for anyone who kept the beta data files for their own use.
Applies the same unit cap system from Unit Caps For All to CA's pragmatic Proving Grounds experimental beta.

For this to work properly, you must subscribe to CA's experimental beta branch: https://www.totalwar.com/blog/the-proving-grounds-beta/


CA has said: Ideally you wouldn't use mods, but if you have to use your favourite graphical mod then that's probably going to be ok.

For the love of god don't install the likes of Radius/SFO, etc.
So bear in mind that the changes UCfA makes to game progression, economy and army composition are not exactly kosher with CA at present.

Please report all bugs for high priority fixes. Please report typos for low priority fixes and balance issues for consideration.

Please note that no other Unit Caps for All submods are currently balanced for the Proving Grounds experimental beta, and they're not likely to be. Don't bother requesting it unless you like annoying people who do things for free. Or unless I owe you a favour or something.

Who made a mod? I didn't make this mod! It fell off the back of a passing hippogryph and looked lonely, so I thought I'd share it with everyone for hugs and cuddles. I'm just making the world a friendlier place for everyone.

Point taken, but after playing for a while with the beta, I decided I still preferred having caps, so I made this for myself, and then asked myself if I had a good reason *not* to share.

Honestly speaking, do you think I should hide it? There's a grand total of eight subscribers to this:
I don't honestly think that's likely to skew CA's feedback in any meaningful way.

I'll stick a disclaimer in the description anyway in the meanwhile.

I should perhaps point out that CA have asked not to make mods for the proving grounds beta, as that would mess with the very purpose of the beta.
