This is the plain white version, so that you can choose to plop the plain ones and not get those colour-variation ones all the time. Click here for the colour-variation enabled version!

Shophouses found commonly around South-East Asia, particularly in the former Straits Settlements and British Malaya (now Singapore and West Malaysia). This design is inspired by some of the shophouses at Chinatown.

I have changed the shop front to glass instead of leaving it shuttered.

  • Low density Commercial Level 2 (if you want to plop this, use a mod)
  • Size: 1x2
  • Tris: 1988 + 646 (yes, its much more than the others for some reason)
  • Textures: 1024x1024 + 256x256

Great job, really fitting in with my old streets, but the vertical scale of the shop houses is kind of weird, of the height of only a vanilla citizen. Looking forward to updates
