Disable Harkius Orbital units

描述
Removes the orbital units from the Harkius War mod, as per some requests I got.

Will need the mod in question to work, for obvious reasons.

This is intended for the OLD version of Harkius Wars, not the new version.

Thank you for making this, I like mixing different faction mods together so now it means I can use your factions and make them fight against other mods and it'd be a fair fight :)
