There should be no conflict between Real Ruins and this mod. Before I updated for 1.1, I had played with this and Real Ruins for ~700 hours with no issue, and the only thing changed is the About.xml (ie. no mod functionality change.)

The fact that it's crashing without a log hints to me that the issue lies further within the game or a deep-rooted mod rather than an issue with the ceiling light ThingDef.

I just had an issue with this mod and Pristine Ruins. Pristine Ruins spawned a ruin that had 3 ceiling lights from this mod, but if I tried to deconstruct them the game froze (No crash report, nothing in the logs). When I tried to leave the map and the map unloaded, the game froze again. By removing this mod, I was able to leave the map without the game freezing.

Is the fixture invisible?
