I have played a lot of hours in Dead by daylight, but I don't have every perk on every killer, but I do have them on doc and oni, so with this I have tinkered with perk/addon combos, and here are my findings.

Using Dark Devotion and mostly Iridescent Queen or Discordance, you can know when your Obsession is close to other survivors, when this happens you can use your Static Blast, and instead of it coming from you it will come from your Obsession, completely confusing survivors when this happens. but besides that using Discordance or BBQ and chilli to find other survivors, and with Nemesis you can swap Obsessions to add a bit more confusion, especially when Nemesis is use right before Dark Devotion the survivor effected won't know whats going on. this build can be heard to use if you have not played a good amount of the doctor, and mostly requires you to understand how to use the Shock Therapy, most of the time so that you can save the Static Blast, to screw with people, this build will not win you games just by using it but its fun none the less.

This ones just fun, its simple and allows for flexibility, only requiring 2 Terror Radius addons along with Monitor & Abuse for some extra radius right before downing someone, and Infectious Fright, using all of these on a small map like the game, makes it ultra fun to down survivors and once you have them hung up using Static Blast to make them scream again. and with it only taking up 2 perk slots you can use whatever you want for the other 2. and this build i have found is not going to win you the game but is something used more to screw around with more then anything.

Now I am not the original maker of the sniper doc, but i have found a new way to use it. as we all know combining the new Hex: Ruin with Surveillance, will make it so that you can gain info about what gen are being worked on, not combine this with the long range of the Sniper doc makes it so that the vary moment someone starts working on a gen, you can zap them knocking them off of it, if they jump back on it you know to zap them again. this build done right can make the game take forever but in that time it might be fun to piss off survivors, note gens and death can still happen so you will not be taking the game hostage, your just making it take a long time.

Now I have used this before the recent Doc rework 10 times, and out of those 10 I had a 50% complete survivor DC, every 1 of them left when I swapped to treatment mode covering the entire map in my Terror Radius, adding to it was all the perks that effect the Terror Radius, Overwhelming Presence, Unnerving Presence, Coulrophobia, with all this on the old doc made people DC. but we are now looking at the new Doc which is worse, not that you don't need to swap to a treatment mode your Terror Radius effects the entire map at all times, until you use the Static Blast. (warning Survivors will get majorly butt-hurt, and or say that you are hacking, use this build that your own discretion)

Being that people rely on the Oni's Terror Radius, removing it can really screw with survivors, this build dose requires everything to align just right to get max use out of this but hell is it fun.
Step 1 fully charge your power.
Step 2 find/create a Obsession.
Step 3 know that somethings going on (gen repair, unhook ect) as you are chasing the Obsession.
Step 4 Hit them with a basic attack to lose your Terror Radius.
Step 5 use your power and charge to the new location.
Step 6 have fun scaring the living ♥♥♥♥ out of survivors.

Using the Oni's blood orbs and a anti Healing build puts survivors on edge, using Renjiro's Bloody Glove, and Splintered Hull, for your addons. and having Sloppy Butcher, Thanatophobia, and Dying Light to slow down there healing, to top it all off is Monitor & Abuse to allow you to get closer before they have time to react, this can be a strong build, or can just be a way to try out something new. I do recommended this build if you just want to try something new.

This build is purely used to screw around, using the Onis power and these addons/perks make it so that to can jump from one survivor to the next with ease and still know that the survivor you knocked down will have trouble getting back up. this build is just fun to use it may win you game but its mostly a blast to use, and yes Infectious Fright scream will work with Demon Strike.

This build just allows you to make your way right to survivors without needing to stop, and being that the power takes care of the pallets as for the perks take care of the windows and pallets, when this is used right there is just about nothing that can stop you when you are in demon form.
