VRMod ArcVR HL2 Weapon Giver

Descriere
This mod automatically give you the ArcVR Half-Life 2 weapons when you enter VR or pick the default Half-Life 2 weapons up off of the ground.

Bugs
  • Clips/magazines must be removed from VR weapons and placed into the player's ammo belt before exiting VR to prevent losing ammo.
  • Starting and stopping VR too quickly whilst weapon replacement is enabled will remove both VR and non-VR HL2 weapons, although the "Restart VR" button is unaffected by this.
  • After exiting VR, all HL2 weapons must be reloaded manually by switching to each weapon.
  • When exiting VR you will not have any weapon selected

@Reliantlers have you tried Weapon Editor & Replacer? i've tried it and it seems to replace weapons fairly well last time i tested it

↓ it neither replaces them nor adds new weapons. it automatically gives you the guns which you normally would need to grab yourself from spawn menu ↓

doesn't seem to work all that well, it fails to give some of the vr weapons
there isn't a single addon out there that reliably grants you the vr versions of the hl2 weapons, whether it replaces, adds or anything else, none of them actively check for weapons already or newly obtained

Instead of using this, use Dynamic Entity Replacer and just replace all Half Life 2 weapons with their VR counterparts.
