Hey y'all, I remade pika and changed some of his moves and improved all of his sprites, please do give the new one a go! I didn't want to lose the old one though which is why I uploaded the new and improved Pika separately.

Update change log:

side special: changed damage dealt to 24 for the opponent, and 12 to yourself on hit
side special: lowered end lag
side special:adjusted knockback and knockback scaling

up strong: sped up the move in pretty much every way
up strong: adjusted knockback and knockback scaling

fstrong: sped up the move
fstrong: shortened the range of the attack slightly

down strong: sped up the move
down strong:adjusted knockback and knockback scaling

up air: adjusted it so both hits connect a little more consistently
up air:lowered landing lag

down air: you now shift upwards before plummeting downward

dash attack:lowered end lag

neutral special: improved electro ball's sprite

down special: you can now cancel focus punch into strong attacks

*adjusted his natural movement properties a bit

*gave Pikachu a new portrait for his victory screen

he's fine, it's just that his side special has WAY too much end lag.

I updated Pikachu and made some crucial changes.

Update Change Log

Down Air: Raised startup time
Down Air: Lowered the speed you travel during the move
Down Air: Lowered end lag

Up Tilt: Lowered end lag

Up Air: Increased the range of the second hit of the move

Completely Fixed Neutral Special, Electro Ball will now put your opponent in hitstun when launching them and be able to KO.

I might tweak down air a little, give it less end lag and more startup so it isn't such a dragoon speed attack
