the profaned guardians do not have a trophy; and i did this before the old duke was added... The chests just have more trophies and some boss bags lol

ah yeah, it's a post moon lord weapon called Dark Spark; after Yharon, the last boss in the image, you can obtain a direct upgrade of the dark spark too called Yharim Crystal that just annihilates everything
