Would it be possible to make this work with the playable Revenant faction? Blackguard Tyrant and others arent showing up with them.

really like ths mod, but the filthy -3/city is waaaay too harsh, should be -1/city or -3flat.

I just made a character with the "filthy" vice. This vice says it gives your hero -3 influence, but it actually gives -3 to every city! I'm turn 40+, with a dozen cities, alliances, and a few broadcast centers and my influence per turn is -4!
