This is a leather armor.They come in three types.

Sale clothes and Blue prints
Armor shop, Scrap house and Thieves Guild.

Blue print only.
Adventure shop and Bar.

So I bought an orange one but it glitched and the colors went negative when I put it on. It was a bright blue and white, it looked so cool!
