This schematic has two kilns at first, which is all that can fit on a regular belt.
Once you get titanium, add a third kiln and replace belts leading to base.

Once you unlock metaglass, you need a ton, then afterwards, you just need a slow trickle. I personally feel like 3 total is the sweet spot, but you could always do 4, really just so you can get some ASAP, not because you actually need that much late game. At all.

By the way, you don't have to upgrade the input belts to titanium, regular belts there are fine the entire game. It's just the belts moving metaglass that need to be replaced.
