Server has all these mods installed individually at this time and, you can play without worry on it under the title "A Classic DayZEpoch Storey Use DZ Launcher to Get Mods", this "MOD PACK", is not installed into the server yet, I need to get around to asking the mod makers permissions to pack them all, (I don't know why because I give credit and will not take money? =job!), this is a long task especially when I work a 40-50 a week job and have shortties. You can play on it at any time when I do get around to putting this one mod pack in you may not even notice it. For my server to share with whoever wishes to experience them (the mods!), I want no money as I do not accept any money I just wish to share the talent that went more so into the mods rather then the real game itself. It's the modders that need and deserve your money as they are the ones that have stepped up and made the game playable great. Please if you play this collection try to pay homage to the guys and gals that have taken time out of their lives to give us a better experience and like a song listened to on a radio, mostly free!

These are packed all together and NO, you can not do anything such as unpack them as they are not mine to mess with! I only have them packed in a collection to make it easier for my friends= ?, to download I got sick of them complaining every time I installed another mod.

If you want a building I have the ability to added things to the map such as buildings and walls. I did a custom Balota as LARGE example on this server.
But certain criteria is at play because of things I stated up top i.e. job, hours, stuff and things. Being able to do this isn't possible without the Builder Items mod by Not A Banana.

Coordinates Spot to Place (Use: https://dayz.ginfo.gg/ to find them example: ####.## / ####.##s)
Description (somehow) of building or describe the building (There are loads of them!)
Practical place (size vs land, is it flat enough? Fits mostly in with surroundings, I'm critical on this one be aware because I may future add to spot)
Entrance(s) (Need players to add own doors! Because PvP/PvE)
Time (from when or if I receive your request 2-3 days up to, may be sooner, "work is my catch 22")
Process (It's a process patients is need I add it to the server in an init.c file/script so it becomes part of the map you download nothing just get to use the building)
