Hello everyone, I've noticed a lot of people having trouble getting "The Beast" achievement so I went ahead and mapped things out in a long and boring process that I'm going to skip and just post the quick and easy method to getting it here:

Once you go down the big cave go: S E S S E E S E E E N W N W W N
This will take you to the area that unlocks the lab door on the 10th move, unlock the door and keep following my guide.
On the 16th and last move you will be at the lab with the weapon.
Then all you have to go is go South again and wander around until the beast attempts to kill your crew, don't worry about being attacked on the way there, you'll lose some crew maybe on the 4th move but keep going.

CURRENTLY WORKING ON RE-FINDING THE PLANET CONTAINING THE LABYRINTH ANOMALY, IT GOT MOVED DURING THE MOST RECENT UPDATE! THE REST OF THE GUIDE IS STILL ACCURATE!

You need to go like 2 time south and then back north - then it will appear

Beast didn´t spawn with the guide...
seconde time this guide doesn´t work, beast wont spawn

I keep getting screwed by RNGsus, Went to the research facility, got the weapon, spent 30 minutes wandering back and forth, only for the stupid thing to never even appear a second time. The guide works, but screw the friggin "beast" for trolling me for way too long.

Try wandering around the maze then at the end until the creature tries to attack you again, you have to slay it to get the achievement.

Your guide was accurate and led me the right way. I did get attacked on my way there, just not while wandering around heading to the exit.

Did you complete the puzzle and the game just didn't give you the achievement or did the guide not lead you down the right path? Because I made this guide many months ago and it might be outdated if the devs changed up the puzzle.

Dang, edit is not possible. Note that I did exactly as this guide said and the achievement did NOT unlock...

For those looking for the Labyrinth: it's now at 39 x 7

The Labyrinth anomaly was found at 39.44 x 7.47
