NONE! (NO CSS, no neotokyo, no content packs. Nothing required at all! )

Known Issues (Read Before Commenting)
* Are textures too bright/white/shiny? Turn Off HDR
Options -> Video -> Advanced -> High Dynamic Range, Change to None
Don't forget to disconnect and rejoin the map

I love these maps, and used them a lot for a while. But for whatever reason, objects now seem to disappear constantly on the current version of gmod. Not sure what changed or what the cause is, but walking down the street in this map, cars, signs, and everything else keep appearing and disappearing.

Man, i have played this map 2 years ago and again see this masterpiece, can u name song in soundscape from metro or kitchen, theres vending machines with that amazing song, its sounds like "tu tu tudu tudududu tu-tu-duu~"

Regarding porting to TF2, the easiest way would probably be downloading NEOTOKYO on steam, using BSPSource to generate a new vmf from the bsp, then recompile in TF2 hammer.
