Tips and tricks
Game feels and handles pretty much like Amnesia: The Dark Descent. Engine seems to be similar.

There are some things you should know when playing the game.

Use your lartern when you get it. Flashlight needs batteries, and lantern is actually much better.

Doors.

They seem to be pretty buggy, so don't be near them when you open them.

Follow the paths.

Most items can be found close to paths. Other items that aren't close to paths are easy to find.

Don't try to take shortcuts

Well, You can try. Some parts of forests etc. are blocked, but some are not. I tried few times to take a shorter way, and got stuck almost every time. It might take few more seconds to follow the road, but at least you won't get stuck.

Enemies

(You can enable and disable them from launcher)

There are two types of enemies.

Wolves:
Wolves appear sometimes. Mostly after you activated or took some item. Keep a rock or something close to you. Wolves come close to you, so throw a rock. It will keep them distracted for a while.

That will give you time to close a door if you are close to building. If you are running, but you can't find a place to find, just keep running. Wolves stop chasing after a while. When music stops, you're safe.

I said earlier that don't go to woods, but it seems that wolves get distracted pretty easily, so if you're ready to take your changes, run in to the woods!

Priests:

I can't remember what their real name was, but they are those men with hoods.
They are pretty easy to spot, as they carry shining torches. Priest walks the main road to the mayors house. If you duck and keep your distance, you're pretty safe. But if you run, he'll hear you, and you need to hide. Houses are good place to hide.

After Priest starts running, only thing to do is hide. Throwing a rock could work, but i ain't sure.

Use your imagination

Most puzzles are pretty easy, and you'll figure them out soon.

Have a good play.

I haven't launched the game since I made this guide, so I don't really remember. It was there back then, I would assume it's still there. Difficulty setting or something like that.

Also, you should never use your flashlight as long as you have your lantern. The lantern is much brighter than the flashlight and has unlimited use, unlike the flashlight which needs batteries.
