In short, there accuracy (the result) of each bullet is calculated from multiple stats:
- "Precision" determines the maximum accuracy you may gain with the arms.
- "Shot Delay Support" determines the fast, once locked-on, you move from low to the maximum accuracy. For laser guns, as you mentioned, it also reduce the shot delay because certain laser guns don't have the min-max accuracy hidden timer.
- "Firerate Support" determines how much Accuracy is lost when you shoot a single bullet.
With high precision and Shot Delay, you might be able to laser-pin-point your shot, but shooting bullets to fast will fly all around the target. For example, you don't need Firerate Support on a Sniper Rifle, but it's essential on machine guns.
