Uhhhh mine started as a controller locked.....How do I reverse it to keyboard without a controller, says I need to hit the A button but I dont have a controller

Actually you can substitute LB and RB with mouse wheel up & down in squad selection or dock. You can use mouse wheel up & down too to scroll down the menu Here's my setup:

Y (or triangle) = C
X (or square) = Z
A (or cross) = X
B (or circle) = Space (for dash)

LB = Q
RB = E
LT = L-shift
RT = R
Start = tab
Select = B

I see we both had to fumble in the dark.... Right attack is 'L' eh?... Yeah, that's not how you map it.

Photomode:
Spacebar - Snaps to & from camera mode
K - Toggles Hud
i - Expressions & Blush
Left Click - Same as above (outside of camera)
U - Rotate left
P - Rotate right
O - Camera/POV Toggle.
