Using your pistol exclusively in this battle (as well as flares) will net you the achievement "SKiller" at the end. Time to just sit there and shoot her whilst her spawns bump into the rock dumbfounded because you aren't walking. Her fire attack is completely useless due to the true bond between you and thine boulder. When she takes her first "dive" run forward enough to toss a flare near her position.

Only Walk Forward Far Enough To Toss The Flare To Raise The Queen This Will Allow You To Flee Back To The Rock Should She Begin A New Flame Attack

Don't Skimp On The Flares If You Want To Finish This Battle Quickly

She will rise up to eat the flare, avoid any loose bugs who slip from the two rocks in front of the queen. Don't move and they should ignore you.

She Will Move And Turn To Eat Flares, Toss Them Around Her To Keep Her Busy

Put her down with your pistol to get the achievement "SKiller" when she falls. Once you kill her you will get the achievement "Wrecking Ball" if you followed orders, the bond betwixt you and the rock standing as a bulwark against the Queen celebrated for all steam time.
Lastly you will earn the achievement "Where even light failed" for simply finishing the fight regardless of damage or using different weapons.
