Windows 10 to Windows 7
A workaround to make this game work.

First, you need to right-click on the game from your library. Choose > properties

Then go to Local Files tab: Choose Browse Local Files

In the game's folder, right-click on game.exe then choose properties

Choose Compatibility tab > Compatibility mode, choose run this program for Windows 7
AND run this program as an administrator

Press ok then run the game, it should work this way, worked for me:)

i am currently running window 11 and I did this but it still won't play for me. I get the splash screens and then I hit start new game and the screen goes black after that. Any ideas on what I should do?

I open it, but i can not save my game progress. The button "yes, save it" is just not working. Maybe someone know how to fix it?

Game did not start (Win 10), even in Win 7 Compatibility mode. Diagnostic said: PhxsX Launcher is missing. So I had to copy the 2 file of the PhysX folder in the folder above (Dracula Origin folder). AND IT WORKED !!!

You might need to install DirectX. Your PC is fine and should be able to run the game without any problems.

Try downloading direct X and also check this solution https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/app/11050/discussions/0/1737762134385137751/#c3110278728389534855

Could you please copy your PC specs for me.

Click on the Windows Start button, then click on Settings (the gear icon). In the Settings menu, click on System. Scroll down and click on About. Copy the specs.

@Feena no error just a 'freeze' of the mouse and a bar on the task bar (window tab) appears for a second then disappears and i can move the mouse when the Play button reappears.
