Steam Tank Mounts - SFO

Beskrivning
A patch to adjust ChaosRobie's Steam Tank Mounts for SFO.

This is the first time I tweak an unit mod, so I do not know what I am doing but it work. Changed the values and gave it the attributes/abilities SFO's tanks use.

Feel free to give feedback. For example, normal steam tanks in SFO do not have the Imperial Allegiance ability that other imperial troops usually have, so I decided to let the lords keep it if they use this mount.
