Sector 2 (Military)
(+1 heavyrifle (and earlier), +1 RDX-250, +2 medkit50, +1 medkit25, +2 mchip, +1 meatrap)
(-1 mg bullets, -1 empty can, no cangun x2, no nailobomb x2, no pzfaust)
Sector 6
(+1 tube)
Sector 8b
(+1 hvel, +1 expgrenades, +1 9mmclip, +2 sshels, +1 RDX-250, +1 tube)
Hardware: 6, regardless of path taken.
Tube: 5 through the first 5 levels, then 2-4 after that depending on chosen path for a total of 7-9.
Microchip: Not encountered until level 3/3b. A total of 19-21 depending on whether or not the route through Level 4 is taken, which yields two additional mchips (hence the 21). For this reason I would probably say don't skip to Level 5 even if you have the option to via the random secret area that sometimes appears on Level 3.
Medkit50, Medkit25, and Cannedmeat: Totals of 9, 23, and 20, plus an additional two Medkit50's and a Medkit25 if the path through Level 2-3-4 is taken (as opposed to 2b-3b-4b).
Plate: Not encountered until Level 4/4b. A total of 26, regardless of path taken.
Level 1 ---> Level 2 --> Level 3 --> Level 4 (or 5) (sometimes there is a secret area with an exit to 5)
Level 1 ---> Level 2b ---> Level 3b ---> Level 4b ---> Level 5
Level 5 ---> Level 6 or 6b ---> Level 7 ---> Level 8 or 8b ---> Level 9 ---> Level 10
Basically, at the end of Level 1 you have to make a choice between two multi-level divergent paths that lasts for some time until they end up converging at Level 5. In the 2nd half of the game it is less complex and you are given an option between two single-level alternates at the end of Levels 5 and 7.
