My Portal Gun Upgraded

Make sure to unsubscribe to the other Portal Guns or this won't work.

It has the same appearance as My Portal Gun, but it is slightly upgraded here.

You can now portal on to any surface (like metal, or even glass!) execpt for the sky, and the bobbing is now similar to the default weapon bobbing than it's own. Also a few useless convars are removed.
