The best way now is to join the active players group - as of 1st March 2014, this is a haven for current RC2 players trying to find others to play. Join up, add some friends, hit us up for a game, and please use the group chat facility to mingle and arrange a game.

also, add friends from the Sidhe Forum, http://forums.sidhe.co.nz/forumdisplay.php?88-Rugby-Challenge-2 , that are in your region and play them. SkunkyMwnci is pretty much always online in the UK.
