I have a AMD Ryzen 5-3600, 16Gb DDR4 @ 3200Mhz, Radeon RX 570 4Gb with Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.12.1 (December 2, 2019) and Windows 10 Pro 1909 with January 2020 updates.

I'm getting around 30-40 fps with massive stutters and feel like 15-20 fps at 1920x1080.

After trying several things out over the past weeks, the issues seems to be fixed after disabling fullscreen optimizations:

1. Navigate to the game folder from the location where you store your data game files, for example E:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Atelier Lulua.

2. Right-click on the Atelier_Lulua.exe and go to Properties.

3. Go to the compatibility option, check the "Disable fullscreen optimizations" box and then Apply.


Finally fps gets to 55-74 fps but still a stuttering issues in games.

I've tried to upgrade to Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.1.4, this is my radeon settings:



Note: Because my monitor 75Hz and support FreeSync (the range is 40-75Hz), I'm using Radeon Chill and lock min-max fps to 74 fps.

If you're using AMD Ryzen 3000 series, install 1usmus Custom Power Plan:

1. It's a ZIP archive, extract the contents of this archive.

2. Run the "install.bat" batch file.

3. Open Settings > System > Power & sleep > Addtional Power Settings.

4. Under Choose to customize a power plan, choose 1usmus Ryzen Universal.

If you're using Intel Core i series, enable ultimate performance power plan:

1. Open a Command Prompt as administrator.

2. In the command prompt, copy the following command and Enter:

powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61

3. Open Settings > System > Power & sleep > Addtional Power Settings.

4. Under Choose to customize a power plan, choose ultimate performance power plan.

Finally I get smooth gaming experience, fps gets to 55-74 fps (average 66-69 fps).

Note: Don't install Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.1.1 & 20.1.2, because there was an issue where Atelier series would not working.
