IDK its up there on my favs in the series ngl. It definitely was annoying learning the ins and outs of combat but I loved it.

10/10 Would shoot again. Only thing I really liked about DMC2 was probably that ultimate devil trigger form you could do at super low HP, otherwise it was a total hard pass of a game, even though I still played the heck out of it way back in the day XD

DMC2 is a fun game, especially the first couple run throughs and being a double disk. Yes, at times the Ai is extremely incompetent and the game seems too easy but playing on harder difficulties such as must die can pose a bit of a challenge/annoyance even for veteran players. Bloody Palace was new and actually provided some difficulty too, however once you unlock Trish / unlimited DT the game loses any form of challenge whatsoever.
