A small older style warehouse. It's modular and comes in 4 different colors. It's one of the smallest I've done so far, so let me know if the amount of trucks doesn't work well for it.

@Ventru: It's at the back, but it doesn't have a 100% probability to spawn - to make it a little varied. If you place a bunch you should see it on some of them. I think it's either set to 25% or 50%
