I'm adding you as a friend to ask you in detail via DM.
The map you were using must have also overwritten some other attributes (like wire type...). I did not know maps would do that, but it does not surprise me. I have seen it with some mixes of tuning and game mode packs.

I think I've already solved the problem. The guilt was mine. Well I let the units build the barbed wire and not a single one counted. It was always the status quo.
I had always played on the wrong map because that didn't count, with an official map it worked wonderfully. So thanks again for creating and answering.
What exactly did you do, and what did the units then do/not do ?
