Not To Lag at Garry's Mod (ACTUALLY WORKS!)

The point of this guide is to not lag and you can put much stuff as you want (NOT 298 STUFF)+ but for the gameplay.
The tips will help you increase your fps and decrease your lag.
This means that it'll probably help you.

If some steps or tips doesn't work, you can try the next one. And if it still doesn't work. You can discuss it in the discussion area tab.
And I'll probably find more tips.

Step 1 / Tip 1: Try Doing This Trick and follow it!

First off..
Go to your file explorer. Second go to "This PC" then go to the devices or name. Then.... Go to program files (86x). Now.. try to click on the steam folder. Go all the way down till you see "steamapps". Now go to common. Then find Garry's Mod and click on it. now the same thing just go to "garrysmod" (in general as a folder again). Then go to where it says "cfg". Then you'll see random stuff. So you'll see "autoexec". If not... Make it as a notepad that way it'll still work..

And....
After you made it as a notepad... Click on it and copy this:

gmod_mcore_test 1
mat_queue_mode -1
cl_threaded_bone_setup 1

(Or if you gonna go faster go to Garry's Mod in library and click properties then just do the same thing as it says.)

. (note: make sure to copy the whole thing including the spaces)

Step 2 / Tip 2: Try the launch options

If you have not seen how to do a launch options its simple!.
Just go to library and go to Garry's Mod and click properties and
you'll see it and click on it!..

Now put in this code:
-dxlevel 80 +mat_antialias 0 window
or
-dxlevel 80 +mat_antialias 0

or even try:
mat_picmip 10

for some reason i put -dxlevel 80 +mat_antialias 0 window into gmod and my entire computer blue screened

Depending on which launch options will actually correctly work. recommend doing tip 1 because it worked then other launch options and its really great if you got a updated windows 10 computer on just a windows 7 laptop (BUT RIP).

Yeah, it will work till the best launch options or other tips work for you.
