For Windows, put these files in: C:\Users\<Your Username>\AppData\Roaming\LightFish if you don't know where that is, type %appdata%\Roaming\LightFish in the start menu search box (Windows Vista or newer only, for xp there should be a "run" option on the left of the start menu, type it there).
For Mac, I'm an unsure where the files would be located :L.

If there is already a file there make sure you back it up so you keep your own scores.
ONLY USE ONE OF THESE FILES AT A TIME!
You must complete a level to unlock the achievements.

If you feel like editing them yourself it is rather easier. If you set the highscore to 0 it will remove the 3 stars visual (unsure if it removes the status), but it will still be unlocked. The purpose of this files is for someone that may, say, have lost their save file and cbf to do it all again. I am not an achievement junkie myself but I'm happy if it help any of you out :) .
