I write this guide as a solution to the problem:
Tested on Windows 10 pro.
If the game does not start, it opens a black screen and closes immediately, without giving an error and nothing, try to do the following.
Copy the file "dinput8.dll" located in "C: \ Windows \ System32" and paste it in the main folder of "Monster Hunter World" where .exe file is located.
Then go to "C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ userdata \ [Your steam ID]" and delete the "Monster Hunter World" cloud files, deleting the "582010" folder.
If it asks you to set the keyboard keys, set the keys to default and enjoy!

Testato su Windows 10 pro.
Se il gioco non vi si avvia, vi apre una schermata nera e vi si chiude subito, senza dare un errore e niente, provate a fare come segue.
Copiate il file "dinput8.dll" situato in "C:\Windows\System32" e incollatelo nella cartella principale di Monster Hunter World dov'è situato il file .exe di avvio.
Poi andate in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\[Tuo steam ID]" ed eliminate i file cloud di Monster Hunter World, eliminando la cartella "582010".
Se vi chiede di impostare i tasti da tastiera, impostate i tasti su predefiniti e buon divertimento !
